Established in 2001, our headquarters are located in Essex, UK, accommodating office space, manufacturing, warehousing and distribution facilities. IBS serves a global customer base with existing customers in Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia-Pacific and the USA.

Our Personnel

IBS Connect is comprised of a team of enthusiastic, experienced and friendly professionals with a vast wealth of telecommunications experience. Each member of the IBS Connect customer service, sales, marketing and product management team has between 15 and 40 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, gained in both inside and outside plant-construction, maintenance, operations and testing. Our experience is derived from working with major telephone operating companies, long distance carriers, system integrators and installation companies around the world.

Stocking Policy

IBS is committed to maintaining significant stock levels in order to meet not only the demands of our current customers, but also the demands of our potential customers. We are able to achieve this by working closely with existing customers and partners to determine future demand. We recognise that not all of your needs are known in advance and we plan towards this.
