Inline and Right-Angle Boots

Heat shrink In-line and Right Angle Boots are used to insulate the bushings in cable termination boxes up to 36kV specially where the clearance between phase to phase and phase to earth is less than the normal air clearance. These boots provide protection against flash over in the event of high humidity, rodent menace and surge impulse. The Boots are made from thermally stablised cross linked insulating and weather resistant polymeric material.

The Boots are internally coated.
