Strain Relief Sheds

Heat shrinkable Strain Relief Sheds (SRS) are used to restrict the cable cores from over bending thus protected from damages in the terminations near the crutch area, specially in PILC cable outdoor terminations.

The Strain Relief Sheds are made of thermally stablised cross linked non tracking and weather resistant polymeric material.

The Strain Relief Sheds are internally coated with water resistant mastic.
